Emailias Privacy PolicyIf you have questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy, please contact Emailias, L.L.C. via the information listed on our contact page.Emailias's Privacy Policy works in tandem with its Mission Statement by assuring you that, except as provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose, sell, share or rent any personal information collected on this website or any emails routed by or to you through this website without your express prior instruction. Our Privacy Policy addresses the following issues:
What personal information does Emailias collect? How does Emailias use this information? When you initially register for Emailias's services at this website, you will be asked to provide your email address and a password. Emailias needs your email address to send your messages through to your inbox. Instead of your email messages traveling directly to and from your inbox, thus exposing your private email address to all correspondents, the Emailias system accepts and sends your messages so they appear to come and go from your emailias address. Certain limited information (your IP address, browser type and operating system type, and the URLs of other websites where you use the Emailias Service) will be automatically collected by us when you use our Emailias services. If you register for the initial Emailias Trial Membership, for which there is no monthly fee, you will not be required to provide any other personal information. If you register for the Emailias Full Membership, for which there is a service fee, you will be asked to provide your full name, contact information, and information regarding a valid credit card number registered in your name. This additional information will be used for billing purposes. If we have trouble processing your credit card, this contact information will be used to get in touch with you. Occasionally, we will aggregate and analyze data and trends of usage by customers to help improve the services that we provide. Emailias will never disclose your personal information or usage habits to an outside party except when we are required, pursuant to a valid subpoena, to disclose personally identifiable information provided by you or about you to governmental bodies or third parties in connection with the investigation of fraud or other illegal activities.
If you correspond with us, by email or letter, or if third parties send us correspondence about you,
we may collect and save such information as part of your account information. We will never disclose
this information to an outside party except as required by a valid subpoena and we will never subject
you to any further communication with respect thereto other than in response to your correspondence
unless specifically requested by you.
How can I correct or update personal information provided by me? What if I lose my password? If your personally identifiable information (such as your email address) changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you can correct or update your personal data, or you may resign from our service at the "My Account" page by emailing our Customer Support Unit at support@emailias.com. If you resign from our service, your personal information may remain in our records indefinitely. Of course, we will not disclose this information to any third parties (except as required by a valid subpoena) or use this information to solicit you in any way.
If you lose your password or disclose your password to any third parties, the integrity of your
Emailias account may be severely compromised. If you lose your password, this website contains a
"Password Assistant" feature which we
strongly encourage you to use. Other than assisting you by providing you with the Password Assistant,
we will not be able to provide your password to you. If your password has been disclosed, you
should immediately change your password by accessing the
"My Account" page on this website.
Do staff members at Emailias read emails routed through this website?
No. Staff members at Emailias do not read emails routed through this website.
How long does Emailias retain the personal information about me that it collects? How long does Emailias retain my emails routed through this website?
To preserve our records, we may retain information submitted by you indefinitely.
Emails are never retained by the Emailias system. Except for system and technical
or other reasons beyond our control, emails are usually accepted, processed,
re-distributed and deleted all within a matter of seconds.
Will I receive any unsolicited email or other correspondence from Emailias?
We send each new customer a welcoming email to verify his or her email address and a
separate email to validate each new target that you create. Established customers will
occasionally receive system notices and other emails related to their account status or
other related information. Customers are not able to un-subscribe from receiving such
emails, which contain important information about their account. One of the main goals
of Emailias is to reduce or eliminate the amount of unsolicited email that you receive.
We view sending you excess information about our services as counterproductive. Therefore,
except as specifically provided in this paragraph, you will not receive any unsolicited
email or other correspondence from us.
Does Emailias share any of my personal information or emails with any third party?
We will not share any personal information that can identify you individually with any
third party except pursuant to a valid subpoena. We do not use obscure "opt-in" or
"opt-out" policies to trick you into giving us permission to share information.
Does this website contain links to other sites?
Yes, this website does contain links to other sites. Please be advised that we are
not and cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We
encourage you to be aware when you leave our website and to read the privacy policies of
each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information from you.
This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us at this website.
What security measures does Emailias have in place to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of my personal information or emails that are under Emailias's control? This website takes every precaution to protect your personal information. When you submit sensitive information such as your credit card number via this website, this information is protected both online and off-line. Credit card numbers are encrypted and are protected with the industry standard in Internet browser traffic security: Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). While on a secure page, the lock or key icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'. While we use SSL encryption to protect credit card information online, we also do everything in our power to protect customer-information off-line. Access to all of our customers' information is restricted in our offices and servers. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy and what they can do to ensure that our customers' information is protected.
Of course, no transmission of data over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
As a result, we cannot completely guarantee the security of any information provided by you
to us or any emails routed to or from you through this website. Therefore, although we do
follow industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we cannot guarantee that your
personally identifiable information or emails will remain completely private. If you have
any questions about the security at our website, you can send an email to us at
support@emailias.com.

Will I be notified of changes to this Privacy Policy?
If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this website
so our customers are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and
under which circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use
personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time
it was collected, we will notify you by way of an email at least thirty (30) days before
the changes are planned to take effect. You will always have a choice and have control
over whether or not we use your information in any different manner. Such changes, if any
will be of an "opt-in" nature whenever possible, so that if you do not respond to "opt-in"
then your information will remain covered by this Privacy Policy. We will use information
