| We have a ZERO TOLERANCE approach to spam. By using our website, you specifically agree that you will not use our website, Emailias service, name or service marks to send spam or other junk email or chain letters, you will not use email lists that contain any person who has not specifically agreed to be included on that list. Furthermore, you will not use the Emailias.com domain name on any spam messages you have sent to others originating through servers external to emailias.com. If you violate this Zero Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy (which is a part of our Terms of Use), in our sole discretion your rights to use our services will be immediately terminated and all of your account privileges will be immediately revoked. |
| If your use of our Emailias service, name or service marks is in violation of this Zero Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy, you will cause substantial damage to us and our reputation. You will be fully liable to us for all actual, consequential and incidental damages resulting from such misuse. If actual damages cannot be reasonably calculated, then you agree to pay us liquidated damages in the amount of $5.00 for each piece of spam or unsolicited email transmitted from, through or appearing to originate from our website. |
| If you believe that you have received spam through an emailias, you should strongly consider either "disabling" or "deleting" that emailias permanently (help with emailiases). Additionally, if you would like to report a "spammer" for us to log into our database of known spammers, please email the identity of the spammer and the date and type of the spam email to us at Privacy@emailias.com. |
