You can easily integrate Emailias into your daily Internet activities seamlessly through your Internet browser and email inbox. You never need to go out of your way to benefit from Emailias as it fits right into the programs you are already using.

You can add the Emailias button to either your Browser Toolbar or to your Favorite Links. The button will always be readily available to you while surfing the web. This button can be easily added and removed in seconds to any  computer you use such as at home, at work or while traveling.

When a web site requests your email address you simply click the "New Emailias" button on your browser and a popup window will appear. Inside this window is a unique emailias that has been created just for the web site you are visiting. Using your mouse you drag the emailias into the "Email address" box of the requesting web site. You can then close the pop up window and continue as normal with the web site. The web site will now send email to this Emailias to reach you. Once Emailias receives the email we will forward it to you for as long as you wish to receive communication from the sender. If you no longer wish to hear from the sender then you tell us and we no longer forward messages to you from either the original sender or anybody else who the web site may have subsequently passed on your address to (such as the web site's "partners") . Emailias acts as an intermediary so that your primary email address is kept private from  the web sites that you wish to communicate with. What this means is that instead of opting out of their communications (and hoping that they honor the request) that you can simply instruct us to stop forwarding email from the sender and all of their "partners".

When you receive an email that has been forwarded to you from an Emailias it will have a small header that has been inserted in the top. that tells the name of the emailias and provides a few buttons. One button will open a small window that shows the properties for the specific emailias. From this window you can change where the email is forwarded to. Another button allows you to either permanently delete the emailias so that the sender nor any of their "partners" can reach you or you can temporarily disable it until a future time you wish to enable it again (such as may be appropriate for the next time you place an order with a vendor or perhaps when you return from a lengthy trip).

The Emailias.com web site is the command center for your account. You do not need to visit it frequently other than for account maintenance purposes as the primary controls are easily accessible through your browser button and in the email header.

You will want to occasionally visit the Emailias web site to add new additional primary email accounts where you want mail forwarded. You can also view lists of your emailiases, organize them into folders, change account preferences and once you're comfortable with the basic features you will want to activate the advanced mode which will provide significant additional capabilities.
